We still need help for:
November - workshops assistance
from 9:30 am
Many hands make light work! So hopefully it shouldn't take more than an hour or 2
We will be :

Many hands make light work! So hopefully it shouldn't take more than an hour or 2
We will be :
- taking down the room decorations, lights
- putting away tables and chairs
- removing lanterns, willow
- loading the car
- cleaning the kitchen
- sweeping the floor
- removing all rubbish etc

Lantern Making Community Workshops -
The workshops do get very busy, so it would be ideal if you are super calm and organised!
- Check-in participants (on Eventbrite) using a tablet /phone
- If you've a bit of knowledge making lanterns and can help participants
- Help cut out paper, fetch willow or refill glue pots
- Take payments on a card machine for lantern materials
Workshops -
If you could arrive 15 mins earlier for participant check-ins and stay approx 15 mins afterwards to help to tidy up, that would be great!

Saturday 16 November 1-3pm
lantern packs wrapped and labelled
