Lantern workshops - FAQ and polite requests:
* Please book 1 ticket for each person attending (eg 1 adult + 2 children = 3 tickets)
* Please book 1 ticket for each person attending (eg 1 adult + 2 children = 3 tickets)
- Max 3 per group/family in the workshop due to very limited seating
- Please arrive promptly as we will be doing demos for what you'll be making in the session (arrive approx 5 mins before to check in)
- Workshop is free to attend, materials available to purchase at the venue - please bring payment to the workshop
- Each session is themed, you’ll make a specific lantern in the workshop - see event booking for details
- Skills required - Our workshops are suitable for age 5+
What to bring:
- Fairy lights, small light or torch if you have one (its easier to attach it inside before papering your lantern)
- Secateurs if you have them
- Long pole or bamboo to attach inside your lantern (we do have some to purchase)
- Large plastic bin bag or similar to carry your lantern home (if its raining) - it may still be wet with glue
- An apron may be useful for glueing!
- Payment for materials
Please do not attend the session if you or anyone in your group feel unwell
