Please gather at - - - from 5.45pm
Event info and timings:
4:00 - 9:00 > Road closures in place
5:45 - 6:00 > performances from entertainers outside The George Hotel
3:00-7:30 > Food Court in Cattle Market car park / outside Library area
5:45 > Lantern carriers * Begin gathering at Welsh Mill /North Parade
6:15 > Samba band will set off with trike and lead lanterns, to the Christmas tree. Please follow on behind the trike and Lead Lanterns
Please note >
- Walk or Bike to the event if you can
- Be aware of road closures and very limited parking
- * Maximum 2 people per lantern please in the parade, others please watch from road sides
6:45 - 6:50 > the Christmas Lights Switch On
